Let's take the mystery out of the California Legislative process!

The Hawthorne Lawndale Gardena Republican Assembly (HLGRA) is proud to present, as our trainer, Arlene Wohlgemuth, former 10-year member of the Texas House of Representatives and Executive Director of the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She will be conducting a training session from 12 to 2 p.m. The training will show us how to identify bills being proposed in the California legislature, most of which do not comport with Conservative principles, how to track those bills, and how to voice our opinion at a time in the legislative process when it can make a difference. HLGRA will be having a backyard Summer Picnic in Westchester immediately following the training, featuring good food and conversation, refreshing beverages, and at least one raffle prize. We also invite local candidates to come and speak on their platforms and objectives.
